All of our pricing includes one decorating option, which is usually screen printing (SP) or laser engraving (LE). Additional decorating upgrades include embroidery (EM), deboss (DB), and foil stamping (FS).

We can accommodate decorating any size order with a minimum of 12 pieces, which can be assorted as long as the decorating areas and designs remain the same size and color. The only exception is personalized monogramming, which can be as little as one piece.

  • Trademarks and logos shown in our catalog are intended to show customization capabilities only and are not available for sale, nor do they imply endorsement by the copyright or trademark owners.

Art Requirements

  • You can send your artwork to art@picnicpromo.com. General correspondence will not be accepted at this address. You need to include the company name, contact, phone number, P.O. number, and items to be decorated.

  • The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied. All orders that need artwork must be sent in as black and white, camera-ready art. Your artwork can be submitted via email or Dropbox. It should be accepted from the following programs: Adobe Illustrator - Photoshop - All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible). They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.

  • Please note that vector art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.

  • For embroidery digitized files, save as .DST format with color sequencing.

  • We do not accept the following: gif files, page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Microsoft documents such as Word/Power Point/Excel, photocopies, business cards, letterheads, and fax transmissions. These formats are too low of quality to ensure you quality imprints.

  • Artwork with tight registration, halftones, screen tints, and/or bleeds must be reviewed by our Art Department for approval. Please avoid very fine lines, both in type and illustrations. A registration variance of ±1/32'' may occur with multiple colors and must be considered acceptable registration.

  • Standard imprint area will be used unless otherwise specified on order.

  • Artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order must be in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree to release Picnic Plus for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
